A fine guy. With many facets.

A major problem in our society is that it often does not provide a healthy breeding ground for change. Unrealistic expectations and pressure are as widespread as a lack of understanding in the face of extraordinary ideas. Whoever adapts will be rewarded. Anyone who falls off the grid is undesirable. This is not humane, and is even less geared towards success.

This is because development needs room for manoeuvre and opportunities to try out. Only in an environment that does not condemn failure but which recognises it as an opportunity can people learn from their mistakes. Only when they are not afraid to express their thoughts will the best ideas emerge. And only those who feel taken seriously will understand themselves as, and act as, part of a team. I am convinced of this.

What distinguishes my workshops and coaching sessions from others, therefore, is less the what and more the how. I do not see it as my job to tell others what to do. Rather, my job is about revealing opportunities for action and really giving each voice the attention it deserves.
